Country Bill's History:
Country Bill's Restaurant has been owned and operated by the Thomas Family since 1964. Ronald and Donna Thomas along with help from their children Scott, Craig, Ann, Holly and Marcia created a landmark in the Woodstock Neighborhood.
What started out as a little hamburger joint flourished into a quality Steak House serving up to 3 rooms and a full bar. Operated today by Craig Thomas and Marcia Thomas Doak along with Craig's wife Carol, the tradition of the family business lives on from Ron and Donna's humble beginnings. Their children are joined in serving their customers by their grandchildren Nicole, Reid and Lindsay rounded out by a loyal team of employees.
Over the years four generations of the Thomas family have been involved in keeping this iconic steakhouse alive and well. Family members not only worked and work as bussers, dishwashers, cooks, hosts, bartenders and waitstaff but often recruiting friends and neighbors to join us in our labor of love.
